Purpose of position and Duties:

Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and service in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Maintain care information in the electronic records management system

Serve food trays, assist residents with eating

Participate in in-service training

Follow all infection control protocols and care requirements

 

Qualifications

Have a valid certification

Prefer a minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience
